February 25, 2010 - Shawn Mullin, Trail, BC.  The Spokane Braves defeated the Castelgar Rebels 5 - 3 in game 5 of the best of 7 series.  The Braves now lead the series 3 games to 2 with game six scheduled back in Spokane on Friday February 26th at 7:30PM.  Offensively, the Braves were led by Dylan Tappe who found the back of the Rebels net three times on the night, and Joel Stewart who buried one for his 2nd of the playoffs.  Defensively, the Braves played well, and netminder Cash Ulrich closed the Rebels out with a solid goaltending performance.  Shots on the night were Braves 37 and 28 for the Rebels.
